About Us

Santa for Seniors NJ was born from love, remembrance, and a simple act of kindness. In 2014, our founder, grieving the loss of her father, repurposed his old Santa suit to spread holiday cheer at a local nursing home. That single visit sparked a movement—what began as a Christmas tradition has become a year-round commitment to uplifting seniors through meaningful gifts, activities, and companionship.

In 2024, we officially became a New Jersey nonprofit, allowing us to expand our mission, build stronger community connections, and reach even more seniors in need of joy.
